Globalization is a result of developing of industry. So that people can connect each other easily in the world and go to abroad countries comfortably. Also globalization provides people good quality and cheap products. For this, many big companies try to find out place which is easy to get human powers and raw materials. That time they have to meet many foreigners. At this time, the best important thing is language because of making good products through correct conversation.
In contemporary society, almost of big company want people who can speak fluent English. This situation can be found some company in Korea. For instance, LG electronics has a strict rule about ability of speaking English. The company has many chances to work with foreign companies and foreign colleagues so they want that every employee become fluent English speakers. LG electronics demands a high score in English test like TOEIC or TOEIC SPEAKING TEST to people who want to enter the company and also push their employees to get over 5 score in English speaking test. LG electronics also encourage employees as offers free English class and English meeting system. Some people who working for LGE for over 15 years complain that English was not important to work but world is changing however, they have to study English to become a member of global world.
Obviously, the world is getting small by globalization. To achieve real globalization people have to be proof against patients like language. As mentioned above, discussion is quite important to make a globalization. Every people should study foreign language to become a member of global world.

Summarising Art & design
Art & design have differences, which are divided five aspects purpose, making process, judgment, audience and materials.
First of all, there is difference about purpose between art and design. Purpose of art is appearance which is showed artist’s own feeling, however design’s purpose is giving people usability. Another difference can be founded in process between art and design. Artists start their work with blank idea and they just think about ending of their work. Nevertheless, designers have to consider many given factors like a text, photographs, production formats to provide useful functions. In terms of consumer, they always consider utility of product and information through use manufactured goods when they buy product, while people only want feel emotional satisfaction form art. Another point of difference is making judgment. People judge the works of art as a good thins when the works give beauty but design is estimated as successful when product provide people great utilities. Last different aspect is materials. Even if it is not easy, designers try to apply diverse materials in the process before produce products and they always concern about that which material is the best. This worry is not most important for artists. Artists just enjoy material to complete their own works

China Design Now
The exhibition 'China Design Now' held in V&A in London.
It displyed about changes of design in china through 3 major area.
Firstly, Shenzhen shows about graphic design. In this section, younger generation who born in 1970s and 1980s defined a sence of community and Chinese graphic design language.
Second section about Shanghai : Dream City. This section looks devellopment of fasion and lifestyle
Last section is Beijing. The subject of this section is future city. For instance, Digital beijing building was constructed to contral data about Olympic. JuPey,achitecture of the building, explained that the main concept of this building is a building looks not a building.

reflective about BLOCK 1
Before start ELUPP, I made a big plan to improve english skills by meself and decided that will
study hard every day. Actually, I tried to watch TV and read some articles, but it was not as easy
as I thought. If I excuse that I was confused London life and class. haha
I think, the writing essay was really good experience to prepare Block 2. That time I had a
chance to read english articles and could have enough time to study about method of academic
writing. However, I really concern about my speaking and listening skills. I have a six weeks
before start MA course. I must practice speaking and listening to go to MA. Please give me a
power and wisdom.
